This is a print of my drawing of The Duke of Greenwich pub. Also available as a postcard.
Originally called The Duke Of Edinburgh, then the Vanburgh, this pub was renamed The Duke Of Greenwich in 2023. The building goes back to at least 1871 when George Lippard was listed as the licensee. Tucked away behind Maze Hill Station, this is an independent boozer known for its Fire Cage BBQ and Smoker. With a beer garden that could possibly only be rivalled in size by the Richard 1, The Duke Of Greenwich shows football outdoors on its large screen projector.
