This is a print of my drawing of The Ashburnham Arms pub. Also available as a postcard.
Situated in the heart of the Ashburnham Triangle, a residential area known for its Georgian and Victorian terraced houses, the pub is nestled within a neighbourhood that retains much of its historical character. Dating from the mid-19th century, the pub has a “cottagey” feel and far off the tourist track. The pub’s official website states the area was the birthplace of Edgar Wallace, the creator of King Kong.
